Make a backup copy of the mrloginmgr.ini file located in
C:\Program Files\SAS\SASPersonalLoginManager\9.2
The modify the original mrloginmgr.ini's last line to look like this:
MainClass=com.sas.security.loginmanager.LoginManager -debug -serverlog
Save the file.
Bring up the Personal Login Manager, reproduce the error, exit the Personal Login Manager,
Then send the following file mrloginmgr*.log (for example: mrloginmgr_2012-12-4-12.28.36.log)
from :
C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\SAS\SASDeploymentWizard
Or
another suggestion is to use the one of Microsoft's process uutilities (for example: Process Monitor or Process Explorer). http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb795533
